Having lived on the South Shore for 35+ years, I was amazed to row the North River for the first time six years ago and experience its unsurpassed beauty and tranquility. It is such fun introducing this natural paradise to others who, like me, live in surrounding towns but were unaware of this treasure in their midst. It is a body of water and natural wonder to be appreciated and protected for future generations.
